Jane Folk, MS, LPC
With over 30 years of clinical experience, Jane brings both depth and compassion to her work as a therapist. She holds a graduate degree from Drexel University and has spent decades helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s most challenging moments.
Jane specializes in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, panic disorder, and OCD. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. She has had the privilege of training under renowned psychologist Dr. Edna Foa at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, and she is certified in prolonged exposure therapy.
In addition to her work with CBT, Jane integrates mindfulness into her practice to help clients manage stress and cultivate resilience. She has completed advanced training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) through Omega Institute and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Her fee per session is $160.
